Absolutely! LiveDiscounts is free to access. The only time you will be charged is when you make a purchase through our website.
Why am I seeing a charge from LiveDiscounts on my credit card?
Golf Courses use our website to run golf specials for their facility. It is likely you made a purchase for a golf course offer in your local area using our website. If you have any questions regarding a credit card charge, please contact us and we will clear it up!
How I do find deals?
LiveDiscounts does not provide a listing of available offers. All of our offers must be accessed by the link provided by the participating golf course.
What do I receive when I make a purchase?
Upon purchase, you will receive a voucher. You will have the option to print the voucher or present the mobile voucher on your phone.
How can I access my purchased vouchers?
You vouchers will be emailed and also saved in your account. You can access your account by logging in to the Vivid Golf Website. Once you are logged in, you will see your vouchers.
How do I use my voucher?
Click on the "download voucher" or "'mobile voucher" link to access the voucher . You can print either version. You can also show either version on your phone. Simply show the voucher at check-in.
How can I check if a voucher has been used?
Your account tracks when a golf course redeems your voucher. You will see "Redeemed by Course" displayed if the golf course has redeemed your voucher in our system.
Can I give my purchased item(s) to somebody else?
Yes! All offers are fully transferable as gifts. (as long as it’s not re-sold, which is not permitted)
Why do some deals expire?
Most promotions expire since they are scheduled for a limited period of time at a discounted rate. However the amount you paid for the voucher may be redeemed at the course after expiration for course credit. Please check the offer for the expiration terms as it may vary for each deal.
How long does each offer sell for?
Promotions are typically available for 2 – 16 weeks or until available inventory is sold out. Offers can sell out quickly, so act fast!
Can I return my purchase/voucher?
We allow a minimum of 14 business days for refunds, provided you have not used the voucher already. Please check the terms of each offer as we may offer a longer refund period for some offers. To request a refund, contact us by email or phone and provide your email address, order number, and voucher code.
